First, I would like to say that I have never driven or purchased a BMW before. Prior to purchasing this vehicle, I was very interested in purchasing a Lexus RX 350. At the Lexus dealership, we were extremely disappointed however. The salesman did not initially know the location of the vehicle and we waited several minutes for that. Second, the used vehicle was newly received by the dealership and was not yet cleaned and repaired when it was showed to us. When I spoke to the salesman on the phone, he assured me the vehicle was not owned by a smoker, but it did smell like smoke when we entered the vehicle. Third, when we inquired about the vehicle the next day, the salesman informed us that the price was incorrectly listed online and that the actual price was $2000 higher than the price listed online. That's when we began looking at BMW's. After a finding a vehicle online, I spoke with Luis Corral on the phone and arranged a visit to your dealership. Our experience in the sales process with Luis was outstanding- what a difference compared to the Lexus dealership! Luis was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating throughout the whole process. He was very straightforward and did not play negotiation games. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well in comparing our vehicle to other vehicles listed online at other dealerships. He clearly exhibited that he appreciated and valued our business and went out of his way to answer our questions and meet our needs both during and after the sale and delivery was completed. Our experience was outstanding, and he made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Bob Gors assisted with the sale completion and pick-up process and was exceptional in meeting our needs and answering our questions. Furthermore, after comparing our BMW to the Lexus, it was very apparent that the BMW's quality by far exceeded that of the Lexus. Because of the quality of the vehi cle and the superior sales process, we will most likely always purchase a BMW in the future. Moreover, even though we live about an hour from your dealership, we will certainly make sure that we will purchase our future vehicles from your dealership, as well as recommended it highly to our family and friends. Also, we will definitely ask for Luis again in our sales process. We are extremely happy and grateful that he made our purchase such a wonderful experience. ***Please be sure to inform the general manager and corporate office of the outstanding assistance these men provided us and forward our comments to them.
