This service center is generally slow regardless of appointment time. Also? This was the third time I’ve waited 15+ minutes for my car to be brought around front after it was finished, because very few people can drive stick shift. James, however, was the best representative I’ve ever dealt with there. He was polite and honest and was very clear and transparent in his communication with me.
It is quite impossible to get out of this service center without spending thousands of dollars on routine maintenance. BMW far exceeds routine maintenance costs of other luxury brands. I would have never thought I would be saying this due to maintenance costs but I am heading back to Porsche.

Great service but the loaner car was miserable and dirty from inside, it was not professional at all. Regarding to the maintenance, it is great but found some marks left here and there inside the car.

My experience and expectations with Zeigler BMW Orland Park have been nothing but positive. My X1 is treated well and so am I. Steve Anderson performed well in my recent visit to BMW for a tire issue. No complaints from my experience with Zeigler.
Service Advisor Dion provided exceptional assistance! I had to bring my car in for a warranty-covered issue, and he handled all the necessary arrangements with the warrnty company, ensuring my car was repaired and returned to me quite promptly.
It was Kemal Sen that "sold" me on BMW and my new car. Kemal made my purchase painless. He was informative and didn't use any pressure tactics. I felt comfortable and felt like I was being treated fairly. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

It was good service. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave it for over four hours, and I was left without a car to get to work.

Richard was clear and upfront about pricing for service which is appreciated. The long line to get in was confusing because I didn’t know at first to just leave my car outside to go inside to check in. A service attended going outside every 10-15 minutes to instruct may be helpful when the line is long.

As always, the Orland Park BMW team did a great job and is always friendly as well as customer focused. I especially like the videos they take of my car as it is being inspected.
Steven was great, he kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very easy and straight forward to work with. Paid $460 for a pre purchase inspection on a used car. Got a 4 minute video of the undercarriage (no pictures or any kind of digital visual inspection) Pricing was very steep but it is a BMW so what else to expect.

Kegan is a man of his word! Dealers in Michigan only wanted to sell the new 2026 X3 at full MSRP, but Kegan gave me a deal so good that it made me look into flights. True to his word, he honored the exact OTD price we agreed on online with absolutely zero surprises on paper.
A lot of buyers would just use a generous quote like his as leverage to get their local dealer to match it. However, I chose to fly to Illinois instead because I believe true honesty and integrity in the car business should be rewarded.

Orland Park BMW dealer dealership is great! I appreciate the respectful and knowledgeable staff for making my car buyingexperience positive.
7:00 am appointment for an oil change and filter change, took 3 hours. Waiting 25 minutes just to get my car after the service was done. Bought wiper blades on my own, which I can replace, thought nothing of it to ask for the tech to toss them on, got charged $30. I would expect a higher level Of customer experience/service at a BMW dealership.
Very pleasant to deal with all the employees. The mechanics are Very good and Jason & Matt are the best.
What I was most disappointed in was that, although I was notified that I needed brake fluid and an oil change, I was not notified that my maintenance agreement benefits was expiring on April 29th. My work done was May 6th and I was told that no exceptions could be made regarding extending the deadline. That has left a bad taste in my mouth for BMW. Receiving the car was an easy transaction. I was not aware of the timing, I got alerted when the car was in its way, but all ended great and I am enjoying the car

I had an Issue with my X5 and called in to set an appointment and they were able to get me one that afternoon. When I dropped off, I was helped by Steven who was very friendly, helpful and thorough. He had great communication thru out my service and had my car ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. Overall had a great experience and would come back.

I brought my 330 in on 22Apr26 for oil change and break job and I was assigned to Mr. Richard Pool as my service advisor.
The communication was stellar; Rich sent a digital inspection report with a video so I could see exactly what was going on under the car. No pushy sales tactics or "emergency" add-ons, just honest, expert advice.

Steven was very professional and knowledgeable with his service. He informed me about all of my entitlements and the best options to purchase at the time that were most advantageous for me.
Overpriced bad customer service. I had to correct my service advisor twice about changing me too much. The correct pricing was printed on a board on the desk.
